Basic Show Information
What time does the show open for Exhibitor setup?
- Exhibitor setup opens at 9:00 am.
- Early Access Ticket Holder opens at 9:30 am
- General Admission Ticket Holder access opens at 10:00 am
Earlier entry for exhibitor setup may occur if the venue does not have an event the night prior. If this is the case, exhibitors will be able to begin setup at an earlier time. All exhibitors will be notified if the time changes closer to the event.
Who can attend the show?
Attendance at the Show is open to the general public. Attendees will be issued credentials identifying them as a Buyer, Collector and Sworn Fire or Police.
Are children allowed in the show?
Yes, children 12 and under can attend at no cost. We do ask that you not bring strollers or infant carriers (worn or carried) on the Show floor. Children are permitted only if accompanied by an adult at all times.
The Chicago Show reserves the right to request proof of age from any one at any time. This rule is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions to this policy. This rule applies to all exhibitors and attendees. Registration as an exhibitor for anyone under 16 years of age is unauthorized and in violation of these policies.
Will food or beverage be available for purchase at the show?
No food or beverages will be available for purchase during the show. Exhibitors may opt to purchase a boxed lunch during registration.
Is the concealed carry of a firearm permitted at the show?
Concealed carry is only permitted by sworn law enforcement. CCL holders are not permitted to carry per venue rules.

How much does a table cost?
There are two category types and two table sizes available in each category.
Center
The center category consists of tables located in Sections 200 through 600
- 6′ tables are $40 each
- 8′ tables are $45 each
Wall
The center category consists of tables located in Section 100. These tables are stationed around the perimeter of the hall and back to a wall. Most tables have access to electricity. Exhibitors must provide their own extension cords. Outlets are labeled on the floor plan by a red rectangle.
- 6′ tables are $45 each
- 8′ tables are $50 each
Can I use a credit card or a check to register?
Yes, table registration can be paid for with Cash, Check, Credit Card or via Zelle. Please note checks will only be accepted if received 1 month before the show date.
How do I pick up my exhibitor credentials?
Credential pickup will be available the morning of the show beginning at 8:30 am outside the main lobby of the venue.
Will Exhibitor credentials be mailed in advance of the show?
No, all credentials must be picked up onsite the day of the show. Credential pickup will be located in the main lobby of the venue.
What time does exhibitor credential pickup and setup begin?
Credential pickup will be begin at 8:30 am outside the main lobby of the venue.
How do I update my Chicago Show directory listing?
You can update your directory listing by contacting Customer Service at info@chicagoshow.net.
