Basic Show Information

What time does the show open?

The show opens at 9:30 am for Early Access Ticket Holders and at 10:00 am for General Admission Ticket Holders and runs until 3:00 pm.

Who can attend the show?

Attendance at the Show is open to the general public. Attendees will be issued credentials identifying them as a Buyer or a Verified Buyer based on the type of ticket purchased. Verified Buyers must provide valid credentials during checkin at the show.

Are children allowed in the show?

Yes, children 12 and under can attend at no cost. We do ask that you not bring strollers or infant carriers (worn or carried) on the Show floor. Children are permitted only if accompanied by an adult at all times.

The Chicago Show reserves the right to request proof of age from any one at any time. This rule is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions to this policy. This rule applies to all exhibitors and attendees. Registration as an exhibitor by anyone under 16 years of age is unauthorized and in violation of these policies.

Will food or beverage be available for purchase at the show?

No food or beverages will be available for purchase during the show.

Is the concealed carry of a firearm permitted at the show?

Concealed carry is only permitted by sworn law enforcement. CCL holders are not permitted to carry per venue rules.

What are the Health and Safety guidelines?

The Chicago Show considers the health and safety of all those onsite a top priority. Regarding COVID-19, the Show will follow all governmental and venue guidance / regulations. Masks are optional.

Registration and Credentials

How much does a ticket cost?

General admission is $10 per person. Children 12 years of age or younger are free.

Are there any discounts?
No, there are currently no discounts offered. However, admission for children 12 years of age and younger is complimentary.
Can I use a credit card or a check to buy tickets?

Tickets may only be paid for with Cash or Credit Card. Credit cards are will only be accepted online. Cash will be the only payment option accepted at the door. Please note we do not accept checks, purchase orders or wire transfers.

Do I have to be a Police Officer or Firefighter to attend?

No, the show is open to the general public and is designed as a family friendly event.

Will Attendee credentials be mailed in advance of the show?

No, all credentials must be picked up onsite the day of the show. Credential pickup is located in the main lobby of the venue.

How do I pick up my attendee credentials?

Credential pickup will be available the morning of the show beginning at 9:30 am in the main lobby of the venue.
